Guemes Mountain: WE DID IT!

The $2.2 Million Campaign to Save Guemes Mountain has succeeded!

The San Juan Preservation Trust and the Skagit Land Trust joined forces to lead a tremendous community effort that included more than 500 donations from individuals, families, foundations, and businesses. Thanks to these friends and supporters, we have successfully purchased and forever preserved the 70 acre summit of Guemes Mountain. In addition to donations, an incredible outpouring of volunteer effort made it all possible. A new trail under development will soon have Guemes Mountain accessible to everyone.
